Kewanna Bush
Founder & CEO
Kewanna Bush was born and raised in beautiful Savannah, Ga. She is the middle child and only girl of four children. Kewanna is an Army veteran and holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communication from Fort Valley State University and an M.S. degree in Criminal Justice/ Public Safety from Capella University. She has a wealth of experience working in crisis management for various fortune 500 companies, but her most rewarding job was being a caregiver to her grandmother, grandaunt, and her mother. Through 12 years combined, Kewanna put her life on hold to become a caregiver for her grandmother, paralyzed by a stroke, her grandaunt with dementia and her beloved mother, who suffered from several illnesses. Putting her family members in nursing homes was not an option because she believes seniors should be able to live at home where they're happy, and until they take their last breath. Secure Care Check was born and bred from the life lessons Kewanna learned as a dedicated caregiver. The elderly need to know that they are not alone, feel neglected and forgotten about. Secure Care Check wants to make sure that your loved ones feel safe, sound and loved while living in their homes alone.
