We will evaluate the home environment using a checklist, by looking for potential threats to the senior’s safety and well-being. The checklist will assist in evaluating home safety, communication, cognitive function, mobility, food, nutrition, medications and health status. Right after the evaluation, we will provide a set of recommendations to improve home & well-being safety.
